We live in Denver, so we're very curious how this kind of strategy would work in a place where EVERYBODY camps, gets outdoors, travels, etc.

I live rurally and many of my tenants don’t trust the epayment Apps.

Buy & hold for sure, STR works well, flipping if you live in Milwaukee - it's too hard remote.

Househacked and renovated myself, allowing me and my fiance to live for cheaper than we were renting.

However, we're considering selling to buy a primary residence where we live though. 

I currently live in NY, invest in NEPA (scranton, archbald) and would like to expand into Allentown PA.

With the right oversight, I imagine you'd have less to worry about renting to clean and sober living organization.
