Once the funds are transferred then the trustee would execute an assignment of beneficial interest to the buyer or the buyer's entity. 

I figured they realized how poorly executed of an idea it was, but nope, here it is again.Whoever is driving this "change" really needs to come here and explain themselves so we know who to blame, lol.
