There are some people who claim that their central nervous systems are effected by exposure to mold toxins (Stachybotrys toxins are the most commonly blamed culprit) but while there are TONS of anecdotal claims, there is virtually no scientific evidence that this occurs.Whether or not the presence of mold MUST be disclosed is usually an issue governed by a State's real estate board.I am from Texas.

They come to visit your homes, you show them the termite evidence, droppings etc...they pop into the attic for a few seconds with a flash light, they come down, and they recommend tenting.

While we did get it setup and it ran very well for 1-2 years what became evident is that this type of renter generally takes very poor care of the properties and they needed 10-20k in rehab to get them rented again.
