I just learned August 3, 2016 that alot of the campaigning and advertising we do on our own for REI becomes very expensive well with renatus when you buy any of the educational packages these things are included and i get my coaching and mentorship.

I like the house very much and it appraised, but just found out that the appraised square footage is 22% (404 ft) less than advertised.Seller used tax record to advertise the sq ft, and is an investor/flipper, so they likely bought it without an appraisal and can claim they didn’t know.
