I just use the free version to keep track of deal progression (from under contract, to rehab, listed, closed...etc) and upload all my files and receipts into the folder structure I created.

You can setup auto filters in gmail to have all receipts from Home Depot, Lowes, etc. to go in a specific folder or to forward to someone else.We do everything in Quickbooks Pro on the desktop.

You can download there peoples stuff for tracking costs and expenditures.I would suggest joining teams with a property management company or similar that performs very well and learning from them.

I would also title a folder with each specific address and fill it with receipt pictures for bookkeeping and taxes.
