Other investors wouldn't even look at the opportunity unless it was in a PPM (Private Placement Memorandum) with any possible SEC disclosures AND the PPM had to have been "blessed" by a securities attorney who had been personally anointed by the SEC.Which format did you follow?

The law typically requires the property manager to disclose all fees, and attempting to charge fees outside of that disclosure vould be a violation of the law and ethics.

You should've already received the settlement statement (closing disclosure) and reviewed everything to make sure it looks right (you'd be surprised how many mistakes I've caught the day before and sometimes the day of closing) I dont think closing docs can be e-signed, you will need a mobile notary, but the title company should be arranging that for you.

Generally speaking, county assessors tend to be hit or miss with the data they have, especially in older homes, so which one is right is probably a crap shoot.In CO, we have seller disclosure laws that require us to share how we determined the square footage.
