Some are more attractive than others for rental purposes, some encourage renters.  

A lousy design, sloppy bill of quantities, or cheap work will cost much much more in the long run than the imagined " saving " at the time of ordering the work.

I'm not a fan of vinyl cause it look cheap and I think if the place looks cheap then it attracts cheap tenants.

The plan designs itself based on the financial profile of the market(s) you are investing in, matching the financial criteria your "financial goals" dictate.

When that gets mentioned it usually ***-u-mes that you've been networking diligently and have built up a stable of private lenders or connections to them, and/or that you have the savvy to be able to use hard money lenders safely and effectively.One philosophy is that if the deal is good enough to attract money partners and private lenders it has all the necessary financial "ingredients" to be profitable.

The design looks cool. 

The entire premise of wholesaling is to get a property below market value so far that it is still attractive to an investor after you've taken your cut.

I had my new postcard design on 99designs and it looks extremely custom and local to my area since the image on the front is a picture of a landmark in our town.

I felt this land would be attractive for a stick built sf, or as a mobile home site as this area has no restrictions forbidding Single or double wide trailers.

Hopefully getting myself out of the rat race with minimal risks.Interested in renovation and flip projects as my passion is building design.
