Currently my interest rate is at 3.35%.Several years ago, I relocated to Florida for work and have been renting out the units.

Quick question--I am currently renting and absolutely love my apartment. 

The main space is used as an office for a non-profit organization and currently has an active lease set to expire Dec. 2025, but lease doesn’t have to carry with the sale.

He does not want to live there either but it's his current address the the protective order says she must go.   

I explain I will proceed with the eviction, the eviction will show with any decent credit/background check and will negatively impact their credit score, that I will attempt to garnish future wages, and that it will be very difficult for them to ever rent a nice place in a low vacancy area like San Diego.As part of my tenant criteria: no evictions ever (no excuses accepted), decent credit (I want tenant to have credit such as they do not want it to take a significant hit, strong LL references and in the add I specifically specify paying rent alone does not suffice for a strong LL recommendation.I recognize with my number of units and how many years I have been a landlord, I have been fortunate to never having to evict a tenant and at some point my good fortune in this matter will end.  

I am currently pondering between three options.1.

My father and I are currently looking for our first real estate project in the US.

The low purchase price of $93,000, combined with the possibility of adding value through targeted renovations, made it an attractive investment opportunity.

I am trying to refi my property so I could purchase another one so I was wondering if any is having the same problem with low value.

This deal is currently in the development phase.How did you finance this deal?
