After my recent deployment I had plenty of time to think about where I want to be in the next ten years and owning multiple properties is where I want to be.I figure with a truck payment of $590 a month, that money could be used towards building my rental empire not to mention all the gas a Hemi sucks up…There will be plenty of days ahead where I can buy nice cars, I have to get the passive income created first.

Sold 15 cars, then quit (LONG STORY)I am a couple weeks from taking this Real Estate Exam.

It was only the fact that I stood up for what I believe in and talked **** untill the cops got thier that those punks are off the streets today.Ya maybe I could have got beat & killed, but I did not "I would have crushed those punk *&^#@'s" I just did not want to end up in the back of the cop car as well.An officer looked at me worried he could not force me to go downtown and make a statement but he knew if I did not those punks would be back on the streets the next day.

It happened to me , the tenants ran an inverter from their car to run the refrigerator .  

Also, I listen to audiobooks all day. in the shower when I wake up, in the car for every commute, while going over financials at work, and while at the gym.

WHY to encourage public transportation.. but you know what this does.. people have cars anyway and its a mess.

I've only on my first flip but I have been selling cars for 30 years and for me I always seem to get reinvigorated when I spend time with new salespeople trying to help them, teach them. 

It helps you to get a much more close up look at the neighborhood (how nice or run down are the houses, cars,  how much trash is in backyards,  how many homes look like they are being actively worked on, etc)  vs. 

even if your doing the wholesale gig you need tools you need marketing you need a car etc etc it takes something..
