Talked it down from the original $120k purchase to $105k and had the work done in 3.5 weeks, but had to wait almost 2 months for a broken cabinet door.

Either way, you've left a big hole in the cabinet that looks dumb.

So - 1) nice cabinets (not custom made, but Lowes Diamond brand or similar). 2) Nice counters, quartz, not granite. 3) Step up a notch in brand recognition for the appliances, maybe LG or Bosch or whatever is considered 'cool' in your area?

Once segregated, you can take accelerated depreciation on the driveway, parking lot. appliances,  cabinets and such.

I am probably a few months away from having mine (knock on wood)I also thought it would be a good idea to put on the inside of a kitchen cabinet- the contact info/directions to contact you for maintenance or other. 

Cabinets and walls were stained yellow.

Also the upper cabinets only have one set of screws holding them up.
