Unfortunately, I don’t know that you have much of a legal basis to withhold rent or anything, but I would say you have a moral basis for getting the landlord to provide a fence!

Mine are only $20,000 though so it's not as big of a loan.So the moral of the story, if you already have a relationship built with your banker...go to that bank for a commercial loan and talk to them.

What other investment could you possibly find that could do something like that for you.And you have do have some other options to improve cash flow before 10 years.Wait 5 years on some of them and refi them again to lower your payment and boost your cash flow.Either way, you've got some great options.
