In fact brick and mortar for retail has been doing exceptionally well across the country especially in the 20,000 sq ft and under box size.

I bet national inventory levels in the Spring will be sitting around 4 months of supply.I think we will start seeing a disconnect between markets....meaning all markets will not be moving in lock step.

A good number will vary based on the current market and the size of your metro area.
