I was looking for an unsecured business line of credit and it led me to them.

Most seasoned investors with numerous properties under their belt are sitting on the side lines accumulating cash for when the adjustment hits.

Project: SFH: Its a 1400 ft2, non-flooded , single story ,3 bed 2 bath, 1983 built in clear lake TX area zip 77062.

Do you have a HELOC or some other line of credit you could tap into?  

I'm trying to finish the SoW as quickly as possible, but I would like a GC lined up before I close mid-July.Can anyone recommend me to investor-friendly (i.e. not retail) contractors?  

We prefer non judicial states south of the Mason Dixon line, though we are branching out to some other Yankee states since notes are getting harder to find!
