But the only way it will change is if buyers stop agreeing to it, and since most pass the fees onto the seller as part of the closing assistance negotiated, it's unlikely to stop and actually seems to be getting worse -- I recently saw both admin and "storage" fees added, stating it's to store the documents for x years, basically having their client pay a fee for something that is required as part of their license, anyway, and definitely shouldn't cost that much.

Pottsville's downtown had been in decline with lots of empty store fronts but I think the arrow is pointed up with a couple of new restaurants opening up in the downtown and Yuegnling is a large attraction.
