Kitchen, paint the cabinets yourself otherwise do nothing, will not increase rent.With rent at $500 stainless steel is a waste of money, replace only when they fail with used appliances.Board and batten, are you planning on living there, if not it is not adding to the rental income.In the bathroom water efficiency is good but the pay back time is probably not worth the expense of replacing fixtures.
