It's worth buying the time from someone like @Basit Siddiqi to help you set up your spreadsheet for your situation, your type of investing, your state and your tax needs.The amount he can help you save in taxes and in doing it the right way is certainly worth the consultation.

I would look through the tax forum here on BP and read some responses and reach out to those you thin you would work well with to set up a consultation.

It comes down to the question "are you selling securities" I can't quite answer that question.I asked this same question on BP probably 3 years ago and the only response I received was "consult with your attorney" I'm curious if anyone will actually give meaningful advice as I'd like to know myself.
