There's not a ton of information about this topic so i'm just curious on how investors are running their comps on their small multifamily investments. 

We built a BEAUTIFUL Mailchimp account and sent out half a dozen Wholesale properties, only to get flagged and our account 'Deactivated' after sending one 'Private Lender' email campaign. 

It’s an uphill battle with the city; many investors can look at this and see that this only forces appreciation and get in even though the cost to play is high.Hope that makes sense.
