Property A is held in an LLC and has an associated biz checking account.

For larger metro areas HUD has moved to a submarket FMR system that is driven by either neighborhoods or zip codes, in DC it is Neighborhoods and PG County it is zip codes.

The STNL properties are driven mostly by the underlying market, location, visibility, and building use.

My local PO gives a street address, doesn't say "PO BOX," doesn't make the +4 of the ZIP the same digits as the PO Box, accepts Fedex and UPS packages, and is in fact so indistinguishable from a street address that people have driven there to pay me and called to ask "where exactly is your office?"

Real estate laws are largely state driven so NJ may have some options for you. 

It seems like the mail deliveryman learns that "#A" is the back unit and starts dropping off mail there.Has anyone else run into this?
