Also if your browser has been open and you are just refreshing/reloading a page even when things change on the server side (that's geek for the bigger pockets or which ever page you are trying to visit) the info is cached rather than fresh...meaning your browser is using information and satay it already has rather than asking the server to give it the new information or changes.

If you have a property in Texas you are going to pay Texas property taxes no matter where you live, which is why living in CA and owning property in no income tax but high property tax states like Texas is basically the worst of both worlds.If you own property in CA at least you get Prop 13 benefits where your taxes are capped at an increase of inflation or 2%, whichever is less.

I can see a lot of people getting confused with how this is laid out.Just tell them your minimum requirements are a 600 credit score and 2.5 or 3 times the rental amount whichever you are comfortable with.

The credit check will show you when they were late/non-payment and for what (cellphone bill, creditor, etc), I think it even includes the amount of $ that hurt their credit; sometimes it is a minor bill.

Grandma didn't have a problem plugging in her old-timey radio, so your buyer totally won't have any issues plugging in their TV, computer, stereo system, vacuum cleaner, flat screen monitor, cell phone, refrigerator, dishwasher, modern HVAC, washer and dryer, upgraded lighting package, and stove... and then running them all at the same time over undersized, out of code wiring with no grounding.Totally okay.

If a tenant decides to cut the security wires (thats inside of steel tubes) cut the dusk to dawn lighting wires (inside steel tubes) so that way they can walk off with appliances, and I have their name, cellphone number, driver's license, SSN, and place of employment.
