I'd recommend google docs or jotform to keep track of your customer reviews (google docs actually automatically stores them in a database).

They are relatively inexpensive and may help, especially when you consider features of newer systems such as DVR system which stores to an internet server so there is no way for the culprits to retrieve the footage.

Ozone in sufficient quantity is supposed to be very effective at removing odors and killing mold.another cheaper option might be the enzyme odor eater stuff they sell in pet stores - I remember it being very effective on an expensive couch my parents had that a cat peed on..it's a clear liquid

Tim,I am not a believer in gold, though I have alot of family that trade gold for a living.I believe those stores will be short lived, as soon as the economy improves, people won't have as much a need or an urge to get rid of their old jewelry.
