My times of greatest stress, worst relationships, and worst times as a husband and father in general have been when I was trying to chase two opportunities simultaneously.  

If it is causing you that much stress, then replace them. 

Then today, the partner at the attorney's office called me saying it still hasn't gone through, which has me stressing out.The closers said they could get by with something called a federal reserve confirmation number, which is apparently issued to a bank whenever they confirm a money transfer from their side. 

Better or equivalent rates, way less docs, no credit reporting, and less stressful. 

If something makes sense mathematically but stresses you out and makes you unhappy, it's not worth it. 

You could try to bring a claim in small claims court if you want to deal with the time / filing fee / stress of that.  

This isn't a flip, don't make it more stressful than it needs to be.  

At this time of War and Inflation with a backwards Government, Stress Testing our whole Economy with unnessasary pressure on all Americans, do you want to be a Buyer? 

However, she should be able to fund a relatively stress-free retirement (economic), not necessarily live lavishly. 

@Evelyn Gold  something else to factor in; does your partner want to deal with the stress of house hunting, a move, managing an LTR or STR, all while in school?
