I started an LLC about a year ago because I thought that was the correct thing to do but now I hear about this " corporate veil piercing " if I'm sued.

Pay him money up front for him to make immediate offers or get your own license.My thoughts exactly.

My other thought would be to use software for STR and direct booking website for MTR.

Wanted to just gather some data and see where the current thoughts on the topic are landing...I'm a California resident.

U know investors go for paper returns with no thought to tenant base and RISK.. no different in Vegas than in any other market.

Are you prepared for the worst just to buy something cheap?
