If I was using 1 cleaner for 1 property I would have a Friday payday via PayPal or some other medium that is free and have them invoice by thursday for any and all clean done for the previous week. 

Came across a website deferally.com and they claim to be totally free.

Hi Caleb,From our experience, when flipping properties the most efficient ways to spend your money are the following:Focus on kitchens and bathrooms, as these areas consistently provide the most value for your investment. 

These units run roughly 100k and rent for about 250$ per night, just to give a scope for our type of starter investment.Between my wife and I, we have a grand total of 0 years in real estate investment experience, but we really believe in the area and real estate we will be investing in.
