If there is a well house, tenants are tempted to store chemicals and oil near the well head.

I personally would assume he would include new breakers on a job to replace old panels but in the store, the panels are just panels.

Again, that's a question for code enforcement, but if its a short period of time and doesn't look unsightly, you should be ok to store it there.

A landlord must send notice to a tenant that includes a detailed list and description of the property, the location where the property will be stored (and possibly storage costs if incurred) and a time frame in which to claim the property after which how the property will be sold or disposed of.

Off site you get them from cabinet manufacturers or home improvement stores.

I don't read very fast and I find it even harder to store information, so the repetition of information is extremely helpful to me.
