Check with your lender to make sure they are comfortable lending with this period of 3-6 months where your cashflow is light.In terms of updates and tenants, it sounds like you may have time to complete them at the end of each lease expiration.

But, as a whole/portfolio, I was doing fine / better (because of the refi to lower rates) and it was cheaper since I only had to get 2 loans instead of 3.So, it sounds like you are doing something similar.

Hey @Alex Banyasz, we have 50k in lost revenue as part of our insurance.We recently upped our replacement value to $400/sqft.Liability is 1m with a 5m umbrella on top of all that.150k in property loss.
