Don't stress on losing that credit...unless you make under $20k as a couple with no kids you can't get this any way.

It can get really stressful tracking response rates/numbers on paper or just google docs.I'm looking for some excel spreadsheet to plug in my campaign and calculate my marketing results. 

So I am not under much stress to contribute to our family of thepre that has a daughter that is in her 3rd year at The University of Arkansas.  

It's very expensive, stressful and draining on a lot of different levels, so you need to have that mentality going into it... that it will be a lot of work.  

It makes more to refinance over dealing with 1031 exchange timeline & stress 

The commercial world with legit crews is already stressful enough, I can't imagine it on a smaller scale with less responsive guys.

We want to become debt free and have a stress free life to play with the grandbabies.

You need to stress the low deposit and the lost rent by letting a tenant out of a lease early.

It's a bit of a stress reliever that the agent will deal with the contract portion of it all, that was worrying me a bit. 

Lesson learned on my part was, not all things are worth what they are, but what you can do to make things much less stressful and lesser headache doing it then simply multiplying it in volumes.
