Hey there, I'm looking for anyone who converted a house to a co-living setup in Oregon or even more specific, SW Portland in Washington County.

There are a lot of extra costs that go with home ownership-property taxes, repairs and maintenance, etc. 

If you get into needing electrical work or plumbing costs rise considerably.

None of this "90% Loan to Cost" or whatever stuff. 

Do you know what the costs should be? 

"Off market" can be good if it fits into your strategy of the time and effort outweighs the actual cost savings.

The way the condo is set up, I would need to allocate the one window in the living room to the new bedroom, meaning the living room will no longer have a window.I know bedrooms require certain legal restrictions to be met (2 egress, certain size, etc).
