. - Lending - higher returns, more senior position, this is my personal choice in this market. - Buying all cash - if you have the means, and don't care about near-term risk, this can be a great option. - House-hacking - you have to really believe things are going to go down hard for house-hacking to generally not be a better choice than renting or living without tenants subsidizing your housing costs. - "Buying Deep" - if you can find incredible deals, there may still be opportunity.This can't last forever, I think that as prices come down in 2023, we will begin a path for good old-fashioned real estate investing deals to resume and average cap rates to move closer to a place where they make sense for investors.
