I figured I'd get some talking points to take into the attorney before I went in blind.Now, if assets of an LLC are distributed to the owner(s) [agent(s)] after the LLC is dissolved, wouldn't the new owner's be reflected at the County Assessor's/Treasurer's.If the name hasn't yet been changed over to the new owner(s) name, but they've got back taxes owed on the property and they're so far in the rears on those back taxes that the property is ready to be foreclosed, then what?

@Erik EstradaAll are rehabbed and rent readyI’m looking to put 10% down of the asking price but I do believe the asking price is low and the value is double.8-10% is typical cap rate 10 being goodIf u raised price (value) to reflect 10% cap rate then the properties are priced at half of their actual value
