@Steve Morris I thought the same, but after reaching out to local banks that finance MH and all local dealers they won’t finance anything unless the buyer owns the land it sits on.

When I look at it I mainly look at cash flow because appreciation is speculation and I know if my cash flow is good I can sit on that property forever.
