Who are some of the big players in Self Storage outside of John Lenhart in the Cincinnati market? 

Are there any tips/suggestions for putting in offers when I am competing against cash offers, larger investors, etc??

A major advantage of the USA system is the depreciation calculation on the USA suide and the 301.There is a dual tax agreement with the USA - UK , however you should seek a competent CPA, but my general sense is that one should pay USA taxes in the USA and not apply these to the UK.Thanks for voting!

You're often competing with experienced buyers that can make a decision quickly and accept slimmer margins. 

Dunning-Kruger effect - happens when a person's lack of knowledge and skills in a certain area cause them to overestimate their own competence.

Understand that you will be competing against real estate agents that are trying to get a new listing.
