Are all the permits on file and properly closed out?

There are MANY things that happened that led up to this situation, NONE of them illegal, because our elected representatives (state and federal corgress men and women) changed the laws that permitted the actions-including tax relief, sending jobs overseas, illegal immigration, and many others.

I’m about to start the process of getting a permit so that I can rent it out as an ADU.
