To the experts on here, PLEASE chime in if I am mis-categorizing this.What *I* have found, with the price/loan/expenses in our market place is that the depreciation pretty much cancels out the 'paper profits' so that the UDFI Tax does not even come into play.I agree whole heartedly that using the financing to increase out ROI is a huge benefit in SDIRAs.... it just takes some learning and know how.Dan Dietz
