I don't believe a landlord is legally able to tell the tenant they can't sell certain products if a non-compete clause is not written on the lease.

One thing the co-host will do is give you insight on what to do to get the property up to par for listings it like you said landscape etc. 

And then donate it to a deserving first responder family.So I chose an Attorney on BP I had done business with .
