@Ken Nyczaj gave me some good tips on books to learn more about the process and strategies for investing, which are (1) Brandon Turner's - Book on Rental Property Investing, (2) Brandon Turner's - The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No and Low Money Down and (3) Jay Scott - Book on Flipping Houses.

I work in a small office and my broker is currently unavailable so I figured I’d throw this question out to the people of BP.

Answer Many  however keep in mind our banks wont let us get out over our ski tips..

I barely get a chance to drive by the property before it is gone.Does anyone have any tips for swooping in and getting an offer in?

Maybe their silence is due to embarrassment over all the mistakes the underwriters and loan officers are making (according to you).

I am reading “The Due Diligence Handbook For Commercial Real Estate” by Brian Hennessey and there are some good helpful tips thus far but I’m not seeing any specific detail about fees for these steps.
