It is harder to insure your houses and can completely jack up your title insurance  and title chain when you quitclaim to an LLC after first buying in your name.

So, I thought it would be better if this time, instead if listing the store on the local Craigslist and signing the lease contract with whoever agrees first to the terms oft he contract, I'll go to solid businesses, perhaps chains, and check with them whether they are interested.

If you are a third party manager, you will need a license since you do not have an ownership interest in the mortgages.Creating escrow assignments and allonges that are a thrid party to the ownership entity of the assets can be deemed to break the chain of ownership and is not a recommended strategy.
