Other than simply waiting around for another good multi to hit the market, or driving for dollars, etc, which i'm still doing- i'm currently left with two options:1) Theres a "A" class duplex, higher end luxury, foreclosure that has been on the market several months.

They get the luxury of M2M in case of his job, you get added revenue in case of a winter vacancy.  

High end luxury? 

Someone can rent a luxury apartment for that much.

The market for FHA priced homes is white hot ($600K ish in Nor Cal) and the market above that is fairly soft until you hit the luxury market.   

Through platforms such as BP have learned to tighten and streamline the tenant screening process.Residences in strong neighborhoods that are updated nicely when put on market for rent can have the luxury of being able to choose from qualified tenants that have good credit, proof of income, & stability which is verified through their application, background check, & credit check as well as how they present themselves online and in person.

What this tenant wanted was a luxury apartment at affordable prices, but now still wants the luxury apartment.In the meantime, you have to deal with storing the old appliances? 

Luxury properties are another matter and require solid hardwoods, like Bruce or better.

I generally reserve higher end cabins and have experienced both; well thought out and quality arrangements, as well as some deplorable, uncomfortable, dirty, and tattered furnishings (in a "Luxury Cabin" in Valle Crucis).

I'd start paying that off pretty aggressively and start building a fund for the next vehicle.It seems luxurious to have a three bedroom apartment for one person, isn't there something between a 3 BR and an RV?
