The broker likely won't care about making much per transaction because they are doing their own deals.Regular brokerages will want you selling to make them money as a green agent on a 50/50 split.

(they also have a 1.5% cash back card w/o annual fees, but if you spend over $10,000/yr you are in the green)/For air travel, I use Penfed's AMEX rewards card which gives you 4% points when you book flights.

They seem like great people, and we appreciate their doing the labor to make the house "theirs", and we gratefully intend for them to have much lower rent for the foreseeable future, but we just want to be sure that the t's are crossed and the i's are dotted before we let them actually move in to what should be a "legally habitable" house.Thanks for any replies, and fyi we are in California.

But the only ones available I could see were in large exurb plots where you could buy a lien on an green acre for a few $K, but noone was building anywhere near by.Another BP member has told me that Georgia now also is swamped with hedge funds from NYC flying someone down to bid.

Anyone buying HUD Code homes needs to be able to find, read, and understand the data plates in the home, and to be able to cross check the serial number on the frame.
