My thoughts: be patient, save up money, put yourself in a great financial position, and then buy.

As for rate, it is an investment property so I don't know of anybody getting 6 or below on investment.

However, I know I eventually want to move into multifamily and apartment investing/syndications.

As I have been building my foundational knowledge for investing, I am at the stage where I am also wanting to keep up with the market data that, so I may better understand the specifics of the market of my choice.

It’s fair for the capital partner to handle these financial contributions since they aren’t bringing management or hands-on skills.Whatever structure you choose, make sure all contributions and profit-sharing are clearly outlined in a legal agreement to avoid any potential misunderstandings down the road.

This approach not only enhances the potential for financial success but also cultivates a deeper understanding of the real estate landscape, empowering investors to make choices that align with their long-term goals.

Even looking back at the C/D section 8 type properties I owned at the start of my investment journey 10 years ago, those tenants weren't sophisticated enough to find me anyway even if I gave them a reason to (which I didn't).
