Sticker prices are not as big but we are definitely seeing growth due to proximity.I attended  @Kevin Leahy and @Russell Brazil 's first meeting last night near capitol hill and it was a 15 minute uber ride from my place in capitol heights.

@Kevin Chan timing is certainly important, and being able to ride the growth wave is a huge cherry on top (if not a whole extra scoop of ice cream).

She taught me then that the touted concept of FIRE is achieved faster in financing deals NOT being a landlord & the rest is history.Good luck it's a great ride.

Additionally, any ride share or care share qualifies so if that is within a 1/2 mile, you qualify there too. 

After beginning work, however, it was found the house was not studded in any organized fashion.

My eventual goal is to buy more properties so my thought was to ride this as long as possible and then 1031 it into something larger like a multifamily.
