All agreements should be made by competent independent council (if possible these days, not sure).  

This involves updating the property records and ensuring that all units are now under a single tax identification number.

The first mortgage, taxes, insurance, etc on this property have all been paid as agreed during this time.

@Jake HruskaI put all of mine into LLC’s.

All of the equity is coming from the land purchase and there are DSCR loans for ground up multifamily and single family.

I have can get as many as I want, all with 15- 20% NET income, based on cash purchase.
