Also build a team of experts that you will need as you begin.

Hi everyone,I'm going to Phoenix next week and I'm looking to connect with people and assemble a local team for my apartment buildings acquisition plan.Me and my partner are looking to buy 2 or 3 projects with 50 to 180 units each, built after 1980 and with 7% current cap rate. 

My team & I are currently looking for lawyers and good Title Companies in the Atlanta, metro Atlanta area who are familiar with reviewing/structuring master lease agreements & handling commercial real estate investments.

We don't really have experienced and qualified real estate instructors because, again, the threshold to enter this side of real estate is very low.

I think you ought to find a group of experienced Team full of members that are trustworthy, local, and return your phone calls promptly.  

However, I learn best when I see real live transactions or the pleasure to tag along with someone who's experienced to show me the ropes.

I plan to speak to an attorney ASAP also.Would be great to hear from those experienced with foreclosure evictions in AZ.
