They stop buying their groceries at Aldi and the bargain supermarkets of their area and move up to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods.

And then, make daily decisions that align with those items. 

Do any of you currently work or have past experience working in a team environment where employees meet in the morning, come up with a game plan, and execute it well a well oiled machine on a daily basis?

In Lake Forest we used to just do it at a pizza place that had a meeting room, and everyone was asked to support the business by buying food/drinks. 

I would do that for sure.. we have a proctor account.. we add and subtract properties on line daily.. no one looks at them etc.. you need at least 100 plus properties at anyone time to qualifyalso we only pay daily.. so if property is off the account in 30 days it might only cost us 22 bucks.. that sort of thing

Oh, and just know - Lafayette may not be LA, but we absolutely have some of the best food out there here in Cajun Country.

The consensus in our communities is that it would violate their privacy since it would be able to track their daily activities. 

Its typically not food grade safe either. 

You say there isn't much in Calvert County, but they have a section 8 program, they have homeless shelters and they have food banks. 

Besides the obvious utilities (electric, heat, water), there would have to be an employee(s) for daily care and grounds work, waste removal, etc.
