@Dillon McGough i spent the last couple of days cold coming, it take preparation and practice while you will have people been rude on the phone or just unfriendly.But also some that willing to consider selling, if you get them at the right time then BINGO.

Property consist of four homes with total 10 units all of which are occupied sitting on 3.9 acres.

On the surface I get your reasoning but in practice I'd be wanting to see concrete examples of actions by a bank / lender that suggests opportunism.
