As the title reads, what’s the best platforms the BP community recommends for collecting rent, screening tenants, and anything else needed.

Maybe you can find a flat piece of land and develop a truck and recreational lot for the HOA communities that don’t allow 18 wheelers or RVs to be parked within the community.

Although we will file jointly for the first time, the Trusts are not considered disregarded entities, since Florida is not a Community Property state.
