Why don't you ask Warren Buffet or another (smart) billionaire how much they plan to leave their children?

My name is Lacy Langley and I live with my husband, two children, and two goldendoodles in Bentonville, AR. 

Public schools are NOT holding in person meetings for two of my children (ALL remote learning).

I think it's safe to say that a majority of your guests would be fine mobility wise because it would be either parents visiting children at App State, friends visiting friends at App State, or someone coming to ski, hike, or explore the area's great outdoors.

This is due in large part to major corporations like Intel, Honda, Nationwide Children's Hospital, and Wexner Medical Center investing heavily in the region and creating numerous job opportunities.

C class working class areas .. with a heavy dose of Section 8  single mothers and their children. 

I think that this is absolutely where the market is headed and am certain that the way my children purchase real estate is going to look much more like the model that he proposes than the current status quo.

Parents, don't bail out your adult children.  

This is pretty much non-negotiable from an insurance liability standpoint -- the pool must be secured, one way or another, as unattended wandering children who could drown are the primary concern here.Having a fenced-in yard is beneficial, and the insurance co. may accept simply having a fence enough to consider the pool secured.
