If they have a lease things are a lot more difficult.I have never heard of an easier eviction for moving family in, but it could be true.At this point, you might want to pay for an hour of time with a local attorney who has eviction experience.

It's more of an issue for disclosure items like talking about the seller's situation to the buyer or talking about the buyer's situation to the listing agent or the seller.Having the agreement also allows the agent to negotiate on the behalf of the buyer.Also, it protects the agent in situations where a seller or an unethical listing agent tries to cut your agent out of the picture with the promise of a better deal.There are several hours of training on laws of agency.

I have a new flip coming up and for the sake of keeping things simple, keeping costs down and better interior aesthetics I'd like to go with a central air and heat system INSTEAD of a hydronic baseboard system and a central air unit.The question I have is, do buyers care about forced air heat?
