After inspecting the property and getting a Broker's Price Opinion (BPO) and possibly getting a reduced appraisal on it, then they are going to list it for what they can sell it for and not necessarily what was owed against it.Countrywide might not be showing as a prior lender because they bought the note from another lender.

Yes, Credit is currently the most frequently heard problem, and the fact that I have not been working in Real Estate for 2 years and I work in resaurant.mortgage brokers/lenders do not take income from real estate into consideration unless you have been at for a minimum of two years.

So I could see the same theory applying here: the corporation or LLC is a different entity than yourself, and so transacting its property would be the practice of brokering, and thus requires a license.

You can get on there for a couple hundred bucks flat fee with a small brokerage, but you will still need to pay a co broker if they bring you a buyer.To sell on your own without MLS, is what I would do.

Apparently the entity was not valid so "A" walked away with a chunk and it turns out that the mortgage broker who set up the loan using the hyper-inflated appraisal knew what was going on and was getting a kickback from "A".
