I lived in North for 4 years, and it varies block by block.

There are three first floor gut job-second story additions going on right now within one block of my property.  

But they are nervous that could happen at any moment and our intentions have always been to sell the home or keep it and move sister in-law out and rent it out to college students since the home is 3 blocks away from a well-known university.

I don't know, this market feels effectively frozen right now and I think its going to be painful for those who need consistent income outside of rental cashflow from the local real estate market.
