Sorry, I do not know anything specifically that covers that topic… I would suggest make a list of the questions “You” as a buyer should ask of a seller…Also, once you have the list, some will be “phone” questions, and other will be “in person” questions.

You may also be able to get your local newspaper to do a public interest type article which will give you free publicity.Good Luck,Mike
